2016 Bucket List

In an effort to expand my portfolio, a reminder to keep sticking my foot in doors (some of them are bound to stay open) and keep myself shooting, I decided this year to make myself a

"Photography Bucket List"

 I picked a few things I really want to shoot this year.

*A sporting event

*A concert

*A wedding

*Take a photography class/seminar

With any luck at all, these will all be completed by 12/31/16.

YES!

Picture me down on one knee smiling and fist pumping... I have gotten a few wonderful emails the past week. And if things fall into place like they are looking like they will right now - it's going to be a FUN photography year!


I decided when I started this photography adventure that I was going to HAVE to step outside my comfort zone. I have been putting myself out there a lot more than I normally would.
I leave my business cards places - which have netted me a couple of phone calls.
I have emailed some organizations to inquire about shooting for them - I have heard back from one that said they want to talk to me later this spring.
I send emails to past clients and clients of clients - nothing much from that...YET! It will come, I'm sure.

Adult Photography - Miss K

This young lady was a blast to work with - she's beautiful inside and out! I look forward to working with her again.

(It was SO cold and windy the afternoon we did these - and she was such a trooper!)

Family Photography - The R Family

It was almost 50 the day I took their family "Christmas" photos. It didn't feel very Christmas-y but it was nice to be outside. They were SO much fun!
